Chris principally oversees Lagniappe's entertainment for amusement parks, trade shows, fairs or festivals. He has an exceptional ability to assist with clients’ unique entertainment needs and can help select or design the precise entertainment for your event. Chris can assist with comedy gunfight shows, old west characters, cowboys and wranglers on horseback, rusty gears the robot and much more. He also performs for our Lone Star Murder Mysteries and other Lagniappe productions.

Phyllis Addison
Theater Director/ Owner

Phyllis primarily oversees events at our Texas Star Dinner Theater. She coordinates all public and private performances of our acclaimed Lone Star Murder Mysteries for our theater and locations around the country. She is happy to help with planning events, price quotes, and coordination. She will also assist with any Lagniappe entertainment needs you may have. Phyllis is the manager of Lagniappe's accounting services and frequently performs in our Lone Star Murder Mysteries.

Sherri Sokoly
Operations Manager

When contacting Lagniappe for your entertainment needs, Sherri is customarily the first person you will speak with. She ascertains your specific entertainment needs and will either schedule the event; or, direct you to Chris or Phyllis for further details when necessary. She is our resident costumer, prop master and stage manager.  She readily assists with providing information, price quotes, contracts and more for all of our entertainment services.

Emily McNear

Production Coordinator

Once your Lagniappe entertainment is booked, Emily works closely with you to coordinate the production details and scheduling of our talent for the performances.  She enjoys helping clients with quotes, contracts and event coordination to help make it a successful and memorable event. She aids with public show ticket sales and helps organize private Lone Star Murder Mystery events at our Texas Star Dinner Theater.

Paula Wood
Theater Manager

Paula is the Theater Manager for the Texas Star Dinner Theater. She primarily manages public ticket sales, production coordination, catering and staff management at our theater. She supports coordination for all private murder mystery event bookings. She also functions as social media manager for Lagniappe. Furthermore, she is a talented performer in our Lone Star Murder Mysteries and other Lagniappe productions.

Becky Ballagh
Sales Coordinator

Becky primarily coordinates our sales department's outreach for new business. In that capacity she assists clients with quotes, contracts and entertainment options. Additionally, she helps with both public and private show sales for our Texas Star Dinner Theater. Becky is also our resident choreographer for any entertainment options including dance and one of our talented actors who may be your on-site contact for an event.
